The venue
Built as a caravanserai in the Safavid era and turned into a hotel three centuries later, the Abbasi keeps two very different venues under one address: a garden courtyard for open-air staging, and nine interior halls whose walls and ceilings are worked in gold, mirror and turquoise. For a gala that has to feel like Persia — not like a ballroom — there is nothing else of this rank in the country.
Staged & delivered by Boutimar — Ambiente Group’s own events house in Iran.

The heart of the caravanserai — a fountain axis for staging, arcades on four sides and full hotel back-of-house directly behind them. Discreet PA only: heritage sound limits apply. Best March–June and September–November; chilled-air tenting in high summer.

The most magnificent hall of the collection — uniform Safavid patterns repeated across gold sheets on both walls and ceiling, so the whole room reads as one continuous piece of goldwork. The room Isfahan reserves for its grandest dinners.

It may lack the glory of the halls around it, but it enjoys a peculiar beauty and a simplicity all of its own.
Request this hall →Hall descriptions and imagery are the hotel’s own. The Abbasi publishes seated numbers only for Aliqapu (20) and Simin (26); capacities for the remaining halls depend on your staging and catering setup and are confirmed with the hotel in your proposal — we don’t guess them here. Every “request” button opens a quotation brief pre-filled with that hall.
